1. Ohn dich kan ich, nicht frewen mich,
sind du mich hast gefangen,
streng fast behafft, ist all mein krafft,
hertz, sinn auch gemüt durchgangen.
Mit steter lieb des hab ich ub,
mit fleis zu dir zu kommen,
das möcht nicht sein, der wille mein,
hast du offt wol vernommen.

2. Auff dieser erd, kein höhers werd,
hab ich in meinem hertzen,
freud, wohn und lust, wer als umb sunst,
wendest du mir nicht den schmertzen.
Darumb jungfraw, gedenck und schaw,
hab fleis in unsern sachen,
unnd schreib mir zu, ich hab kein ruh,
bis du mir freud thust machen.

3. Ach edle frucht verlangens sucht,
nim hin, und es behend,
nur mich allein, sunst anders kein,
ich bit mein schmertzen wende.
Denn ich dien dir, gantz mit begir,
dir allweg zu gefallen,
mit steter trew ewig ohn rew,
schreib ich dir gar ob allen. (S. 30-31)
